A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Jennifer started dancing at the age of twelve. She has studied ballet, jazz, tap, and modern with the Milwaukee Ballet School, tap dance with Dance Works, ballroom and Latin dance with Louise O’Brien, Lindy Hop (Swing) with Maureen Majeski, Eric Robinson, Sylvia Skylar and Frankie Manning, and Middle Eastern dance with Denise Sedmack.

She also has acted and modeled for the past 14 years.

While growing up, Jennifer was greatly inspired by some of the most well-known and beloved dancers of the 20th century. Among them are Bob Fosse, Mikhail Baryshnikov, Jerome Robins, Gene Kelly, Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers.

Even though her admiration for these giants of entertainment is evident in her choreography and dancing, Jennifer has her own uniquely beautiful and bold style.

Her favorite style to dance is jazz. She loves the way Bob Fosse used his own body flaws to his advantage in his choreography and embraced it in his dance.

Jennifer began choreographing her own productions back in 1992 for various high schools; staging fashion shows and various other theatrical projects.

In addtion to running her own production company Jennifer is also a Special Event Planner with the East Town Association, Inc. (www.easttown.com) and has been with the organization for over 6 years. She plans various festivals for downtown Milwaukee such as Jazz In The Park, Bastille Days and the East Town Farm Market.

Jennifer is the Talent Buyer for Jazz In The Park. She books local, regional, national and international acts for the event.

For the last 5 years, Jennifer has directed, choreographed and danced in a cabaret show called “Le Cabaret”, for the above mentioned Bastille Days Festival. Bastille Days is the largest French festival in the United States. An estimated 150,000 people attend during the 4 day run of the event.

Jennifer started an outreach program 3 years ago for “Le Cabaret”. She gives high school and college students studying musical theater the experience of performing along side professional actors and dancers in a high profile show. This outreach program further enhances the student’s studies in musical theater and their growth as an artist in the field of entertainment.
